Motivating Minute 05-14-2018 - Crows
Motivating Minute 5-14-2018
Crows
You know old people had a unique way of phrasing things. Take for instance crows I've never seen a crow that looks much different from another Crow and I'm sure you haven't either. with that said my grandmother's saying was that every Crow thinks hers is the lightest.
So it is with most people when we look at our own we think we see much more than what is really there. Sometimes we fail to tell people and explain to people what we would like them to know because we just assume that they can figure it out and see it because it's so plain.
Unfortunately in business and administrative many times people have no idea what we're about and why they should be bothered with us. in the old days people more or less understood why church was important. in business there was not nearly as much competition available as there is now so doing business with you was much easier to do if you could be found.
Well today is not yesterday. What you think people understand they probably don't. Even when it comes to church you have to give people a reason why church is important. It is no longer a concept that many people understand.
In business, Amazon is everywhere and you must tell people why your business is unique. Then you must also answer the question “What is in it For Me”.
Don’t be afraid to let people know how and why you are different!
Well that's all for today.
I hope you enjoy these short videos. If you do, please pass them along to anyone who will enjoy them. Also let me know if they are good for you with some feedback.

Morning Minute 5 2 2018 Practice
Morning Minute 5-2-2018
Practice
Way Way Back, you know way way back in high school. I used to love to play baseball. After school everyday in the spring we had practice.
We had practice before the snow was off the ground. I remember that the pitchers and catchers would start spring practice in our school fieldhouse long before we could get on a field.
It has been said that practice makes perfect. But, I submit to you today that whether you're in Business or in Ministry that any old practice just won't do.
You see perfect practice makes perfect. If you practice something improperly you will not get the right results.
There are certain things that must be ritually practiced.
In business, you have to be focused on getting customers, product acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
In Ministry your focus has to be on meeting people's needs, communicating to people the importance of a relationship with Christ, and developing disciplined followers, able to win others to the kingdom and repeat the process.
So long today I want you to consider what is it that you're practicing. If you're out in the weeds focused on minutiae that will not get you to your intended objective, you need to change your practice.
Don't keep doing the same thing the same way and expect new results. Get busy on today and practice what you want to accomplish.
I hope you enjoy these short videos. If you do, please pass them along to anyone who will enjoy them. Also let me know if they are good for you with some feedback.
Finally, join our posse, come and go with us, we will do you good!
So, I'll see you next time

Morning Minute 4 30 2018 Prom
Morning Minute 4-30-2018 -
Prom
Do you remember when you started dating a new boyfriend or a new girlfriend. Do you remember how you fix yourself up? Put on some fresh cologne the best you had?
Do you remember meeting their parents and trying to put on your best impression face?
Do you remember prom night? You know you were Sharp. You were sharp as a steak knife. Some even said you were casket clean.
That's how we begin most relationships. Whether they're romantic relationships or business relationships or even ministry relationships.
They usually start with us trying to make a good first impression.
Whether it's in business or whether it's in Ministry we need to concentrate not only on making a good first impression but a great ending impression as well.
In business, when our customer is leaving they should feel better about us then when they arrive.
When we leave a job, are employer should feel better about us on the way out the door than they did when we started.
When you leave a Ministry people should feel better about you as a follower of Christ then they did when you started.
My mother was fond of saying don't burn your bridges because they may have to take your butt back.
Most importantly even if you never have to go back have pride in what you do everyday. The truth is somebody is watching whether you know it or not.
It may not be prom but everyday is a big date. Respond like it matters.
That's all for the day I hope you're enjoying these morning inspirations. We've decided to put one out on most Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays for you.
If you like them please pass them on, leave a good feedback message for me so that I know you were listening period and considerate joining our Posse. Come along with us we will do you good.
Until next time, this is Bishop James I feel god Brown and I'll see you again real soon

The Morning Minute 4-26-2018 What do you mean?
The Morning Minute 4-26-2018
What do you mean?
Have you ever had that one friend that ask questions that you didn't want them to ask?
Sometimes they were questions that you didn't even want to face yourself. Questions that caused you to dig deep into what you are and who you are and at times you didn't like what you would see?
When they ask those tough questions sometimes I reaction is one of surprise. "What are you asking"
Sometimes we even try to shame our friend "I can't believe you asked me that"
No matter how we answer, the question remains, "Why don't you like the question?"
The good news is, you have a friend willing to hold you accountable.
Whether in business or ministry, accountability is an important safety valve for life.
The Bible tells us in a multitude of counsel there is safety. An accountability partner, small group, or a close knit mastermind group can give you needed stability.
Go with the goers and run with the runners but wherever you go keep someone close who is not afraid to ask you the tough questions
I hope you enjoy these short videos. If you do, please pass them along. Also let me know it's good for you with some feedback. Finally, join our posse, come and go with us, we will do you good!

Morning Minute 4/23/2018 - Bad Eyes
Morning Minute 4/23/2018
Bad EyesOkay it's true I had bad bad eyes! They were so crooked that I could almost see around corners before I got there.
They were more like creepers than peepers. And many people were confused as to what I was looking at because they were so crooked.
Yes I had a pilot's license and you would think I should have real great depth perception. But the truth is I was just as likely to trip over a curb and step over it.
When I was a child I had surgery on one eye but we were never able to go back and get the other one done at that time. I was into my 50s before I had corrective surgery on the other eye.
But when I did it changed my whole life. I had a different perspective because I could see clearly.
In business or in Ministry how you see your environment is important.
When we look at the children of Israel They sent out 12 people to determine whether or not they could possess what God had promised them.
But their self vision almost limited what they were able to do. You see, they look like grasshoppers in their own eyes compared to the people in the land they were supposed to possess.
If you're going to be successful you have to take a real good look at yourself with Clear Vision. You have to have a vision that allows you to run to your goal.
So don't let your past failures color your environment to make you believe you're about to fail again.
One of my favorite quotes comes from that great theologian Henry Ford he said “if you believe you can or if you believe you can't you're right.”
That goes hand-in-hand with the scripture that says “as a man thinketh so is he”
Don't be limited by what you or others believe is a formidable opponent. You can win in any circumstance. Don't defeat yourself before you start.
So on today, clear up your vision of yourself. I tell my grandchildren all the time " You Can Do This! "
Get started get going and win the battle.
I hope you enjoy these daily Inspirations if you do pass them along to your friends and family. Be sure to give me some feedback and consider joining our Posse. Come along with us and will do you good.
Until next time I see you again real soon.

Morning Minute for 4/16/2018 Why??
Morning Minute for 4/16/2018
Why??
What are your motives?
Not just why do you want to succeed, but also are you called to do what you're trying to succeed at.
Many times we attempt to do what looks good from where we sit, or imitate what someone else is doing, or emulate the success of someone else.
Some pastors want to be a big name pastor, because it looks easy. Some business people see shark tank and get excited to be a Mark Cuban. Not taking the time to analyze whether that's really what we are called to do and what will make us happy.
If you are in business, always try to offer REAL benefit to your customers. If you are in ministry, see how you can be a blessing not just a curse. See how YOU can be bless not just how you can be blessed.
Whether it's Business or Ministry it is critical to understand what it is you're supposed to be doing. It's been said if you do what you like you'll never work a day in your life. That does not mean that everything that you like will bring happiness to your life.
When your motives are in the right order, success is just that much closer.
Take a minute today and look at the vision of where you're trying to go and count the cost. Scripture teaches us that we should count the cost for actions that we're about to undertake.
Not just can we do it, because we can do all things through Christ. But whether it's truly God's will that we do do it.
So always know your why! When you know your why it's also easy to say no to anything that's not a part of your why.
I hope you have a great day and a great week. Make sure you get your taxes done and I'll see you again real soon.
