Motivating Minute 05-14-2018 - Crows

Motivating Minute 5-14-2018
Crows
You know old people had a unique way of phrasing things. Take for instance crows I've never seen a crow that looks much different from another Crow and I'm sure you haven't either. with that said my grandmother's saying was that every Crow thinks hers is the lightest.
So it is with most people when we look at our own we think we see much more than what is really there. Sometimes we fail to tell people and explain to people what we would like them to know because we just assume that they can figure it out and see it because it's so plain.
Unfortunately in business and administrative many times people have no idea what we're about and why they should be bothered with us. in the old days people more or less understood why church was important. in business there was not nearly as much competition available as there is now so doing business with you was much easier to do if you could be found.
Well today is not yesterday. What you think people understand they probably don't. Even when it comes to church you have to give people a reason why church is important. It is no longer a concept that many people understand.
In business, Amazon is everywhere and you must tell people why your business is unique. Then you must also answer the question “What is in it For Me”.
Don’t be afraid to let people know how and why you are different!
Well that's all for today.
I hope you enjoy these short videos. If you do, please pass them along to anyone who will enjoy them. Also let me know if they are good for you with some feedback.

Morning Minute 5 2 2018 Practice

Morning Minute 5-2-2018
Practice

Way Way Back, you know way way back in high school. I used to love to play baseball. After school everyday in the spring we had practice.

We had practice before the snow was off the ground. I remember that the pitchers and catchers would start spring practice in our school fieldhouse long before we could get on a field.

It has been said that practice makes perfect. But, I submit to you today that whether you're in Business or in Ministry that any old practice just won't do.

You see perfect practice makes perfect. If you practice something improperly you will not get the right results.

There are certain things that must be ritually practiced.

In business, you have to be focused on getting customers, product acquisition, and customer satisfaction.

In Ministry your focus has to be on meeting people's needs, communicating to people the importance of a relationship with Christ, and developing disciplined followers, able to win others to the kingdom and repeat the process.

So long today I want you to consider what is it that you're practicing. If you're out in the weeds focused on minutiae that will not get you to your intended objective, you need to change your practice.

Don't keep doing the same thing the same way and expect new results. Get busy on today and practice what you want to accomplish.

I hope you enjoy these short videos. If you do, please pass them along to anyone who will enjoy them. Also let me know if they are good for you with some feedback.

Finally, join our posse, come and go with us, we will do you good!

So, I'll see you next time
